^last i heard his car wasnt runing... just dont think you can run these crazy rpm limits unless yer rebuilding every 10kish.. 8000rpm... hmmm think you'd be pushing mr piston a bit there... but what do i know

thats not a bad power figure!
as people have said tho there is poo all torque!
What set up is that then?
Would be instresting to see what its like next to a similar spec 2.0!
Although the 2.0 is weighing in at a bit more the weight over the front wheels helps to get the power down a bit better id think.

it is when 118lb.ft is being created from 2000rpm all the way to 8500

point is that it is flat. a standard 1.6 peaks at what 106 lb ft? brosters car holds it past where a standard car drops off

full spec is pretty simple really:

288 newman cams
verniers
Jampsort did head work on it a while ago when it was the 140bhp version
ports matched on inlet and exhaust
4-2-1 supersprint manifold
go-tech mfi pro management
jenvey tapers
pocketed pistons
rebuilt bottom end
arp rob bolts
pipercross air box

(pretty much a standard bottom end sadly)
