Whats this bodyshop? is it anywhere near reading, reasonable on price.

refuse to take it back and pay a penny untill it is done properly and the correct colour!!

If we ever miss something we will happily sort it out and the customer pays no more and leaves with the car perfect!!

the place that did the bit of side skirt i lost were furious with me when i went to pick it up as i wasnt in the corsa so they couldnt check the colour match. told me if it wasnt right they would re-paint it for nothing as its their responsibility to keep paying customers happy.

i will be using them again fro sure

oly bodyshops ive seen that i would let loose on my car is the people that did OJC's (cant remeber there name)

and they guy who did rentons BMW and a few others who is local to me

that sucks mate
make sure thay dont rush it this time, leave it with them for as long as is possible to make sure they dont.
i work in a bodyshop also, and hate cars going out unless they are perfect.
if someones not happy then ill do it again.
thats how it should be, but usually make sure that the jobs perfect so no one can complain.
too be honest red can be a cunt to match but he still shouldnt be just painting over scratches or not finishing bits off properly

i have been to at least 4 or 5 different bodyshops now and still not found one i believe i can fully trust, last one was good but will need to see what they say when i c if they will repaint bumpers as they are a different shade to the car

the guy was going on about he used the vauxhall shade, but as fad said he must of used white primer instead of red, but surely he would know this
