great cars, great handling, and youll just love the vtech.
used to have one, only thing i got fed up with on it was the lack of torque, need to drop the gears if someone wants a race on the dueller.

Ive been toying with the idea of getting one, or another ATR. found the JDM teg was £800 more to insure than the UK spec one, which i will prob be on the lookout for once the saxo sells

you usually pay less for the JDM teg anyway so I suppose it all balances out

yeh but it will also be worth less when you sell it They arent that much different as far as i could tell as looked at some import ones in the import center the other day. Think im gonna get a UK one as repairs and parts etc should be easier to get done.

that was my thinking too, swithering between the ITR and Jordan civic now though The JDM ones look a tad dated in my opinion aswell.

I'll second that, front end looks old. whereas the UK spec on like that white one above looks alot fresher.
And i've seen a few yellow JDM models Stu

All this talk of them, im going to look at one 2morrow and if i get a good trade in on the pug or saxo i think i may be tempted. A 1998 white UK with some CTR wheels, which i would change for some standard white ones

The 15's look a tad small though imo, but it certainly best for handling and keeping it balanced if you run it on the standard 15's

DC5 17's look stunning but apparently ruin the whole balance and handling capabilities of the DC2. 1 standard 15's with a bit of a drop on some top spec coilovers is the way Or if you have some cash some lightweight white Volk 16s

Stu's what's your top 3 fwd cars?

I love them, prefer the uk just cos' of the look and insurance, would make the sacrifice on performance, but then i'd be getting some engine mods done if I were to ever buy one 17's look a bit poo imo 16's with rubber bands to keep the handling spot on.

Dc5's r nice but too much money still, and my bro's got an atr and they handle amazingly for a big fwd car (and they are 212bhp btw)
