All the more reason to keep it clean and stock ready for the engine work.

I would leave the pre 97s on personally.

My plan is to do all of this, then when it does go bang, take off all the bits I want - springs, back box, etc, then sell other bits like alloys etc on ebay or something, then scrap the car. If it lasts another year, BONUS! I don't want to get involved with engine conversions etc, I'll just run this to the ground then buy a newer one. Then, the bits I have used on this one atm, I can put on my next one And yes, I will probably leave Pre 97 bumpers on this car tbh as its far easier to!
