try and fight it mate, i have got off with speeding twice now. there is so many loopholes in speeding offences its unreal.

what the lad says watched a tv program about it recently, there are tons of ways to soften the blow just need to do a little investigating

i was done doin 50 in a 30 (road was originally 50 but repairs were been done...). Don't have a clue where the cops were hiding lol.
3 points £60 fine i had only been driving for a month aswell

i got pulled for racing threw sadgefield with a 206 and flew round the corner must of been doin 50-60 coppers driving up the other side of the road i broke as much as possible but it was to obvious. we both got pulled they didnt no our exact speed.the guy said i could have 9 points for this and be banned straight away done some checks on both the cars had a go at us both and just give us a warning and said to be more cearfully. foundd out a few days later the lad in the 206 was actualy a mate never new he had a new car tho

50 In a 30 is a fixed penalty offence... yellow ticket
Unless they're trying to do you for dangerous driving etc, If you have a HORT1 its a presenter isn't it. Get down the cop shop with your documents

got caught doing 40 in a 30 twice, got let off both times. first time it started raining and policeman didnt want to get wet, second time they pulled someone else over doing 50 and he got the rap instead ha

i did 97 in a 40 and got a 12 month ban and £100 fine with 80 hours comunity service and was told that double the speed limit gets you a ban but dunno how true this is? you will prob just get points and a fine tho esp if they only using a crappy radar gun.

Make them work for their money. Regardless of how stupid you are, you could still find a way out of it or atleast soften the blow..
