the other thing you need to specify is 'what genre' of corsa/owner...

mixed or specific??

ie...

kitted up with lots of stick on stuff, fibreglass, silly large alloys

fully stripped out, caged, tuned, track-spec (sometimes not even road legal) corsa's

or inbetween, subtle smooth mods, with a little engine work to match...

there are more examples, but these are the most common types imo

As long as the car is modified it can be put forward to them for consideration. If you have a track car that is trailered to events but they like it and you then it could take part. Likewise you could have a lightly modified or full on "bling" car. Its about the combination of the car and owner.

They would be happy with both male and female owners. It is more important that you would be confident in front of a camera and take part and have a laugh.

This is Endemols research. If this is not the case on Corsasport then thats not a problem as you can still apply if older.

This thread is going one way.

I've no doubt people will be interested when there's more known about the format of the program. Obviously it will preempt the show if you post too much, so we might be better doing things either privately or at somewhere like Donny, where we're going to be as a club.

Unfortunately they would be looking to film before Donny, which is why I have posted on here rather than come and see you at a show.

As you rightly say I cannot post too many details as these are confidential, and some information wont be passed on to me until nearer the time and a short list of cars and owners has been made.

PS: I have been around cars and car clubs too long to be offended by pics comments!! Most people are shocked when they hear that I also work on cars and fibreglass etc. Auto-Media has developed from that love of the modifying world.

i can vouch for pippa. ive known her and her cars for years. shes genuine and will give people time of day. if she says its a genuine show then i can guarantee it will be so. not many people come on here offering us a chance to get our ugly mugs and cars on tv, even if its only for a pilot show so hows about its kept on topic and those who aren't interested jog on??
