no he;s not driving the car as it smokes that much he got pulled by the police i got an ecu coming to try
my old man looked at whos been building engines for over 30years said that its had a very hard life

unlikely to be cts if its overfuelling that bad! the cold start map on the standard ecu is not that variable between the hot and cold parameters. have you looked at the afm? any management lights?

i have live ecu data it says coolent temp 8 degrees c when the engine is at opperating temp as in fan cut in

also there are no fault codes the lamda is switching as it should and is running the correct mV also checked continuity of coolent temp sensor wires to ecu there may be suspect resistance on one wire but this will be elimiated when a second ecu is tryed on the car wich i should have by next week

by the way corsa 808 i no more about these engines than you think ive been in this game a long time and have seen lots of stuff i dont need you or any one telling me how to do my job and i also dont like to see the smart little comment saying that i no nothing it is quite obvious that this engine has had an issue from day one the big give away being the was it was transported to my garage and the fact half the block is missing round the bell housing it took me around 5 hours to repair the wireing harness for the engine as it was in such a bad state my customer is very upset as it apperas that he's been good and proper shafted!!
