CLK 55 AMG have the same engines, infact CLK 55 AMG has 7bhp more but slower to 60.

Mercs are limited to 155mph thouh so how fast were you going?

Yeah itsjust with him saying oit was small with twin exhausts etc

Any big engined merc isn't slow

an evo has a very very short box, my mates evo 4 RS topped about 140 on the limiter, they arent designed for top speed

4WD... 2.0ltr turbo.... VERY similar gear ratios and are similar power

just saying my guess is an evo can do 150+

They do around 150mph, but whichever way you look at it, that's hardly slow

I would estimate the evo 7 would do approx 150+,i say estimate as i dont know which model of evo it is.Although i know from experience tht the evo 8 fq300 goes all the way to 177 still wanting more. the rs series evos r kinda just built for sprints my mates used to clock out at 140 aswell, but got upto that speed pretty quickly.

The fq300 my chick has is nearer 400bhp so i no from me drivin it tht it gets up to 177 but i had 2 slow down coz an ice cream van pulled out in front of me!!
