these are good if u are going to tune the engine phase 2 etc, as it adjusts the pressure accordingly! with a lesser chance of melting ur pistons.. if u get me!

yes once ive paid for the brakes wheels and suspension im doin next month then i am going to tune it!
I take it the FPR that u get in the phase 2 kit is an FSE item??

yes, usually it involves the following items:
1 hammer
1 socket
1 standard regulator
then the following processes.
take hammer
place socket on regulator
hit socket
dend regulator to insurease the spring pressure. job done

L30 SCT, depends what bits, if you are going for Throttle Bodies, or a turbo then yes, if you are getting a Mantzel type inlet, then you'll probably be ok to be honest

inlet manifold
exhaust manifold
decat
full system exhaust
lightened flywheel
helix clutch
will prob get a chip in the near future aswell.
