Top class, nice to see modern society is functioning as well as it usually does, protecting the criminals and punishing innocent people

We had a stolen car dumped in my Halfords car park of the store I used to work in. It was there for a week, right in the middle of a small carpark across 4 spaces out of around 20.

The police refused to move it 'as it was on private land'.

So we left it there, and it just ended up getting windows smashed and door broken etc. Still they didn't take it away.

So one night as work closed, two of the employees pushed the car onto the small adjacent 'public' road by the car park, which is on a small industrial estate.

came in at 9am the next day - it was gone.

Just move it, they cant prove it was you, anyway if your worried, use gloves!

well we tried jacking back end up but its in gear, and facing slightly downwards on the front end towards the kerb,

so we rang the police AGAIN at 4pm, then half an hour later some random guy and girl in a new jag came around and drove it off. could not give us an explanation as to why it was there or why they had the keys or even if it had been stolen or not
