yep the boys right mhw's tend to go dull over time yet Irmsher ones do not. This is more notable on clears but look at the difference in pics:
irmscher
MHW
its hard to tell in that pic but when ou see them side by side its more aprent. I dont care what anyone says MHW is nowhere near the same quality as Irmsher rear lights

In my opinion, even the Irmscher lights look like the were hacked together by a blind monkey, but never mind, I smashed my standard lights by accidednt. D'oh...

I have FK fronts (clear) and i love every bit of them! altho with the cover gone looks pretty good and the indicator is clear not orange
ALSO!!!
I had irmscher rear lights until my friend decided to crash my car and smash tehe passenger light, i found another one over time but it was the MHW one, theres not that much difference in them, no one has noticed unless i tell them but i agree the MHW ones havent got the same quality and the lense has gone dull

So the FK's are the better because of the clear lense & the bulb cover.
Are the Depo ones, the same as what are on ebay now? the link was posted up there earlier?
FK and Arteb have nothing in it tbh mate the cover makes little difference iirc, I have the arteb one's and they look great I know Matty G wanted to remove the cover of his FK one's so u may wish to do the same for some reason and therefore go for the Arteb ones but if it dont bother u then either way....
Depo one's are the ones on ebay basically a standard light smoked, the front cover isn't clear thats the main difference and also a lot of the Crystal clear ones (FK and Arteb) are LHD not RHD like the Depo's so you'll get flashed a lot
Is there a way to take off the cover???

not to sure tbh, it'd involve removing the entire lens and therefore the seal will go duff... but it cud be done
best of sending matty g a u2u asking him if he managed to do it

The cover is meant to be there, why would you want to remove it? That would be like removing the wheel nuts on you car to make it lighter or something....

I agree with what Fad said, ive had both MHW smoked rear's and Irmscher smoked rear's and my MHW's went all shitty and mouldy inside.

I haven't taken the cover off as it looks better with it on. Its just held on with a couple of screws at the back of the light unit, easy enough to do if you wanted to.
The only reason I wanted to take the cover off was to see if it improved the visibility.

Now the longer days are here I very rarely drive in the dark so didn't bother taking the cover off
