you not getting blamed for being too close to the car infront?

Had this happen to a mate and he ened up having to claim on his insurance for the car infornt (as was too close so thats why he hit it) and his car came out the insurance of the guy who hit him.

yep, it works backwards up the line, i had a mate involved in the big m25 pile up years ago, was a nightmare apparantely

He's done very badly indeed there. If he was stopped with the handbrake applied then I can see no reason why the fault shouldn't lie entirely with the rear car.

indeed load of pish, why dont people tell insurance companies to STFU, they always always try something on first and usually back down when challenged

Hmmm guess it was because it was green then . Insurance is all beeing sorted now and i dont think the person in front of me is claiming on me so thats nice of her. A corsa is definatly inline, just depends how much the insurance will give me for my car?

tbh (trying to think of a word thats like most, but isn't due to bold statementism) a few () of the cars in classifieds I'd think would be well looked after because they are good fella's who take pride in their motor (a_j_mair, Dna etc)

wouldent matter if they had been "ragged" as long as they are serviced properly and well maintained, old couples rarely lift the bonnet and never go above 30 mph so the engine will be coked up etc
