look at chav per LED though, VTS suffers with this, unless its in Essex

i agree that goes someway towards it, if an XE is producing bang on factory 150bhp and weighs 995kg (being very conservative as thats for a 1.4 16v)

say a gti is making factory 125bhp and weighs 850kg

the corsa = 153bhp/t
the gti = 150bhp/t

3 bhp aint gonna make any diff and some gti's/vts's came out with 130bhp

but a c20xe will have a lot more torque 2 pull the weight of the car .id say a c20xe shud kill a vts

Sport/GSi's are 985kg, and thats with air/con ticked too...

my old xe, full interior etc RR'd at 156bhp pulled away from VTS's right through the range...20-100

people are also losing site of the fact that a few bhp advantage wont mean you pull away like its going backwards, you might pull a car length or so over a 1/4 mile, but to get any real advantage you need a good 70-100bhp over something else

some VTS's hit 15 dead 1/4 std.... and to be honest most XE'd corsa's dont get into the 14s standard mate

Steve is right anyway. 150, 156 whatever BHP, a kitted corsa wirh 17s and an install is gonna weigh substantially more than a saxo/106, and it wont be devastatingly quick.
