the cars handle the same. GTi's imo have a nicer interior and aslong as you dont buy it in silver look nicer than a standard saxo and u dont get people thinking its just a VTR

i doubt you'l loose much if any when you come to sell the pug.

go out and test drive one first and then see if they are as fun as your expecting

Agree with you there, matt!!!

VTR's/VTS's are all the same when it comes to positioning of pedals.

Is stupid IMO

Ibiza Cupra's i'd prefer over 106/saxo..

Although that's only if you could afford it, even with the option of a loan and interest etc...

If your stuck between 106/saxo.... even though the 106's are nicer styled IMO, they are really common now-a-days and see them in quite a lot of place, where as saxo vts's aint as popular

I'd go for the saxo TBH

My Corsa is group 10 so insurance wont be an issue.

I'm 21 with 4 years no claims so dont mind stretching to group 15ish.

Some good suggestions but dont really fancy an old car like a corrado or something.

On further reflection i could probably stretch to about 6 with my student loan

Another option would be to buy a cheap car, that would be economical like a VW passat or something and then save up for a new motor as that will cost me ball all to run and insure etc
