We get it with the electrics we sell in here, you could sell 1000s of same item and never have a problem then one day one goes wrong.

Like you said, it happens from time to time, I dont think it makes brands bad. Some people are just anal when it comes to things like this. Minions that dont understand

Techs been and switched tv on but wouldn't show a fault..

BUT

he has written 'requires a microprocessor' not a stocked item..I've to take it back to shop to get a new one
