My mate has a 53 reg is sport in a bright yellow colour!! Not so sure about this myself, but the interior is nice and it has factory shadow chrome 18s on it. Not all that fast though really think the sport is only about 150bhp.

Diesel 3 series or as rob said 320.
Far superior car in every aspect, maye a little less "bling" but even if slow it will be far more enjoyable to drive than the lexus i imagine

Suprisingly no one's mentioned super charging the IS 200.
Toyota offer a S/C kit for the IS200.
I think this would be the best idea for more power as you know its gonna fit and work.

Two of my mates have got them, both sports which have the different wheels, rear tinted windows, bootlip spoiler and have LSD over standard models. They aren't fast and they can only just keep up with my Vectra 150sri. Nice luxury cars though but I would go for a later model cos the interior is miles nicer e.g onemtae has a y reg and has black plastic speaker covers and other mate with 05 plate on has chrome speaker covers. As said above if you bothered about performance then there is a bolt-on superchrger kit but rangefrom £2000+

BMW's are too common. For the first time in my life I would say get the Jap car Get it in a different colour to black or blue too. Though, if you must, black is the colour to go.
