I dont really see the point in having it as a cinema/games room.....that's what your living room is for....
Yeah, i like the idea of having it as a guest bedroom, but then i think... well no one comes up... then i thnk.... they dont come up because they have no where to sleep... then i think... but a bedroom means my mother will want to stay.... then i think, games room... then i think, no bedroom over and over
I do this Then i get a head ache and go to bed

bottom half of the door would be best as gas if less dense than air & would collect at the bottom...I think

I'm in the same dilemma Ally. Our spare room hardly gets used and we mainly use it to store bits and pieces (laundry basket, george foreman etc...
got a sofabed in there but will eventually get a proper bed and a nice bedside table. Got a cycling machine and a running machine in there at the moment, kinda made me think about turning it into a mini-gym

Get a computer and desk in there, turn it into a bit of an office to store all your bills/paperwork... ?
and sofa bed so it can be used as a bedroom when needed...

bike was bought off ebay for £40. It's shit I don't use it though.
Mum and Dad gave us the treadmill
Apart from that we have a small desk in there (used for makeup application) and a chest of drawers. Also some tower type things from Ikea to house DVDs and ornaments. These will soon be gone though.

Me and 2 of the lads discussed a joint mortgage last week, we reckon we could £250k between us, perhaps a little less.
Still not sure though
