my xe corsa is undergoing big changes in 2007.

xe is has been treated to some tb's, and underbody is being totally overhauled with new lower arms/ball joints, bolts, rear beam all powder coated and i mean nearly every part will be done. all paid for by my company as they will get it done while our stuff is powder coated so all good.

4-pots and bilstein suspension, and standard rear bumper and selling rieger rear and karnage spoiler.

last is to by a astra gsi/scooby or whatever takes my fancy

im sure when i started powdercaoting stuff no one had thought of it on here, now evrey other project post you see is people having this and that done

no jr i had bits powder coated b4 even you did and i have proof m8, powder coating is for durability not looks its all good spending loads on ur engine but what good is it if the body is rotting

oh forgot to add at some point in my build, it may go to danny b to have more bits of cage added, and the rear wheel well cut out

i really dont care i just followed the ford boys in doing it, first lot was done in 2003

as i said, when i was doing it the first time round, i was the only person i knew of doing it

now lots of people are, ive seen loads of posts about having the rear beam done etc, as i said, when i had it done well over a year ago id never heard of anyone on here who'd done it, same as the bumper irons etc
