29.5 bhp from mild cams and an exhaust

not having a go at you btw. probably dodgy rolling road reading.

high lift cams: maybe 10 bhp as on a standard inlet they will be mild
ported an polished head: will give a couple of bhp
uprated valves: doesnt actually add power
double valve springs: doesnt actually add power
venier pullys: part of the cams, wont add power alone
uprated fuel pump: doesnt actually add power
decat : part of the exhaust
full power flow exhust system: part of the exhaust
4brach manifold: part of the exhaust and a standard one is 4 branch
ectec pipe: doesnt add power
uprated ruel regulator: doesnt actually add power

remapped ecu may give 5bhp if it was mapped to suit the cams and cam timing was done at the same time.

i love the way that on here people post up what they have, just to tell peole what they have either, spent there money on, got on a rolling road day or raced or are getting etc and you get the piss taken out of you because every 1 knows better and what looks better etc.
classic example the type r post that every 1 was taking the piss out off with the lad with the 2lt ecotec that said he had a typr r off got the piss taken out of him and abuse etc untill ian backed him up saying that it had beaten it and every 1 agread with him.
what he is saying bout the mota is true it ran that and had been on proper rollers etc a few times.
