ive done karate since i was 7 ive been a black belt for a few years now, and i also do muay thai.

do kickboxing and mma (grapling, wrestling, judu) ect so bits of everything the gym i go to is great there are lots of instructors in there all from different disiplines, however, im mostly into the kickboxing .

also used to do muay thai for a couple of years,but not been in along time,really wish i stuck at it.gunna try get back into it though as i feel im getting lazy

ive been studying karate for about 2 years now, also starting up muay thai when i move to thailand funnily enough this month
