Yeah, 31-32kg for 43 litres.
I had a stereo too, aircon must weigh about 40kg all in.
Seriously though, 920kg is good with a cage and sunroof

yeah I was quite happ especially as I have more to come out dont forget I had at least 10-15 litres of fuel in it aswell,
So lets work this out very very roughly
my car 920
minus lets say 25 for cage
5 for sunroof
thats 890
then add on 40 for your aircon thats 930 so not really that far away am I
how much do you thin kill loose when I:
ditch the oe inlet and fit t/b

Lots, glass weighs loads. Boot glass weighs shedloads. Inlet won't make much of a difference really, we're talking 1kg-2kg probably.
Metal sound deadening in the car weights a bit.
Mines got a sunroof to, weight in compleeeeatly the wrong place

Tbh switching to polycarbonate windows didn't make as much difference as most people think, can't remember the figures unfortunately, i believe it was in the region of 5-7kgs altho can't be 100% sure.
You save more weight from switching to a red top battery
