yes...but I have said for ages I would rather sign him than Villa who we have been linked with a lot....plus the rumours are he might leave, not that he would join Liverpool so not even sure why that was brought up.

searching now, but its fucking useless. Said it to Tom in a thread not so long ago about how I expect the board to sign a big name player to get the fans on the side this summer. Villa has be rumoured but I said Id prefer Eto'o.

I'm not saying hes the best midefielder out there for us by the way, just one of a few I'm aware of that aren't Gerrard!
