I know your said its not an exact science but you sure its nm and not lb-ft?
My Corsa has an F23 but makes 240nm of torque as standard. If the F23 was rated for around 230nm of torque then surely these wouldnt last all that long, certainly not once they've been tuned to 280+nm? Yet i havent heard that its an issue?

There is a list of gear box codes for engines but I cant be arsed to find it, no doubt someone will find it an prove me wrong though lol.
i'm sure it has 
basically a nova engine in it, 1.2 spi 4speed with dissy
