went in by Lotus today....

Exiges are nice. She had a seat in both....

Elsie - roof off. She kinda just fell into the seat getting out would have been interesting if wearing a skirt.

Exige - wasnt too bad getting in, she thought it was easier than the elise :/ out was just the same.

Also popped by two porsche garages.... nice, but they didnt have any 2000'ish 996's....

I mind my mate (6ft2") trying to get into an elise at a garage once, he fankled about outside for a minute, not sure hot to aproach it, then decided to go in heed 1st, ended up stuck with his feet hanging out the door, was funny as fuck, even the salesman was laughing

Decided it wasnt for him

996 if you want something usable every day...although the 911SC you have kinda doesnt get used so it'll just be another Porshe to own.

Exige as we all know you love track orientated cars could be a very rewarding car to own.

Or mayb the Elise may be a good idea after Fee has her heart set on a glam house which means keeping costs down

decided i'm going to sell the range rover as well... so we'll need an everyday car.

So.... exige/elise is a bit regarding any shopping...

the 996 - i'd want a 2000+ facelift one... but they are all around 28k or so +.

Ideally we'd only want to spend around 20k, as we're needing to buy a house in Aberdeen. Moving back there in the summer.

Porsche - yup... do i need two

in short.... we dunno

Any other ideas on cars?

22b - both kinda feel its getting on a bit.... and not that much more of a car then the current typeR we have. Wider arches and 200cc is all really.

what

so we should get get a rusty old XR2 and shoe horn an engine in?

anyway....

Anyone know the real differences over S1 and S2 Exiges...

Nice s1's are about 17k for a 2000 plate.
S2's look to be around 22k for a 2004 plate.

I think a 996 that I'd like will be about 30k. Which is a bit more than we'd like to spend at this point. Maybe after the exige.

You've got a Porsche, and a track car, you don't need another one of either

M3s and RS4s are in budget for a 2000- model too.
