Totally agree here. I watched the chelsea match-obviously! Not much to say about that match to be honest. Chelsea didn't really perform first half but managed to pull it out of the bag second half, and dare I say that Essien goal was extremely *lucky to happen when it did* *ducks and runs from other chelsea supporters* Drew text me at the beginning of the match and said "oh I see that fat lump essien is playing tonight  " So I found great joy in texting him back later on hehe!
Saw the Manu highlights and goals!!  Carrick played very well I thought too- more so than usual  Fair play to them definitely.
So providing nothing major happens tonight it looks like 3/4 english team in the semis and possibly and all english final...

for me fletcher was one of the best last night. he intercepted everything and didn't give them a chance in the centre. smith also chased everything down so they had to hoof the ball forward.

yeh he did which is good because alot of the time players like that are unsung as it were. he played alot like he did earlier in the season when we played liverpool. played with passion and gave 100% to the team.
