i thought the V+ was £10 extra a month on top of your bill,
How much is the standard monthly subscription? £10 if you take TV Size XL.
£15 if you take TV Size L or TV Size M £10 for customers not taking a premium mix costing £16-£19.
well thats what it says on the ntl website, although they word it as a monthly subscription for v+. not a charge for HD channels but its the same thing.

Oh, and we dont pay any extra for the V+ service, free installation and free box also.
Also there is an instalation charge isnt there?
How much it costs to install our V+ service
* New to Virgin Media? Installation of your V+ service is £25
* Already with us and want to keep your existing set top box for another room? Installation of your V+ service is free
* Already with us but don't want to keep your existing set top box? Your V+ installation will cost £75
from the virgin website.

like dave did, if you already a customer and just generally complain, especially about the lack of sky one channel etc you usually get some stuff thrown in for free - hence daves free V++ box etc

As Dom said, there is enough to complain about Virgin ATM, you just have to know what to say, and you can wangle allsorts of deals out of them
My V+ was free, free installation and i dont get charged for it We also have 2 other V boxes in the house.

Say you miss sky one, sky sports news and that when you started your contract, you had those channels, it not acceptable that you no longer have them. and also that you dont like that you cant get Sky sports HD and other features etc etc. Theyl sort something, i changed our bill from £145 a month, down to £85 and got upgraded broadband, telephone services & TV
