So so season i agree. I expect more from liverpool next season. i think arsenal will still finish above tottenham. Tottenham need to sort out there defence which could be tricky it's hard to work from the front backwards imo.
If we win CL I will be exctatic and the failure in the league will have been worth it to put it off for another year (and no I probably wouldn't have said that at the start of the season )
Need to sort some experienced striker (who though?) and a good strong RB out imo. The left wing needs something with zenden(  ) on his way out, even if kewell stays and stays fit we need good cover.

Now King is back and we have conceded less goals i dont see a problem with our back 4. we just need to get sme decent backup players because when king was out we had gardner

yes king was out all season up until 3-4 weeks ago, we had to make do with chimbonda at left back and gardner/rocha in centre

Yeah owen would be a bad signing imo he can't even avoid running into his team mates and knocking himself out

still though, just having king back wouldnt stop 15 or so of those goals that would push you into a top 4 spot!

from the off we were unstoppable, winning games easily and when we wernt on form taking 3 points from games where maybe we should have lost (liverpool, fulham), there were a few dodgy moments when i thought chelsea would catch us but our class shown most when we needed
threw out the squad there has been massive improvements, the defence is solid with neville, vidic, rio, evra/heinz, also the midfield with carrick coming in has been immense, it did take the first half of the season for scholes and carrick to gel but now it seems theyve always there 
ronaldo, rooney, giggs scholes etc have been unstoppable.... but fletcher imo has been the most improved player, he gets a lot abuse for not being upto man utd standard but fergie has shown alot of faith in him, we are starting to see why and its paying off
upfront with smudge and ole back was good to see but we definatly need a 30+ RVN type striker to compliment rooney
in: eto, owen, bale, hargreaves.... there hundreds of name to throw in there but we need a DM and a striker more than anything
out: saha (imo has to go) - i really hope heinz doesnt go!
a final note: the new sign on the stret says it all really.....
