not really a dip, looks more like a small flat spot where power stops for a moment.

graphs do look good, dont worry about the dips at 5000 rpm, lots of cars with this spec get the same problem, get a decent inlet manifold on there and aftermarket management next

Noooooooo! But I've just installed the Dastek unichip!! I don't plan to change anything else...I kust want to enjoy it now!
And the dip at 5000rpm (bhp) was before the remapping! In the 2nd run there's none!

The set up is:
- Steinmetz throttle bodies (with plenum)
- Reprofiled cams
- Gas flowed head
- Compression ration 10.9:1
- Dastek unichip
- Induction kit (needs changing)

That's all

get a different inlet at least, the ones that the steinmetz/dbilas tb's come with as standard are stupidly restrictive! on my engine we gained 12 bhp and 3-4 lb/ft of torque, others have seen similar gains.

we are doing a new 30 degree manifold for someone on here with dbilas tb's soon, will get you some pics of the progress.

Should have ditched the plenum for trumpets and got standalone. Impression figures for the spec though really.
