the jdm ep3 is ALOT rarer than the ek9.

How many red/black/silver uK ones will you see every day though

I think the ek9 is more special, going by the fact they never sold them over here!!

The car the Uk Type-R should have been! I do like yours though and yours has the surprise element for the unsuspecting people that think you've put a Type-R badge on your V-Tec Civic!

Nice car the EP3's and even rarer in Champ White..... however the EK9's are just as nice IMO and it'd be a tough choice for me

Course it is

Getting a newer car with much less miles on the clock, so in years to come he can do the same and mabi sell / px it again.

But if he was to keep the civic hes got now in say 3 odd years im sure the value will decrease.

I'd imagine that in 3 years time, the EK9 will be worth the same or more than the EP3. You have to bear in mind, that EP3s are about 7k for a 6 year old model, whilst the EK9 is worth £7k or so, for a 10 year old one. The EK9 is more exclusive and maintains a higher price.

theres alot more ek9s in the uk than there is jdm ep3's, also ek9s will be coming in more and more with the 10 year sva test not being needed.
