i agree totally, i just use my dawes reddle XC bike for everything. it does the trick

just get a good lock n chain

Looks similar to mine.

As for the lock and chain we're allowed to bring our bikes into the warehouse

if your fit you could run 6 miles in less than an hour so it should be a piece of piss on a bike.

i can average 30mph on the flat on my road bike a mountain bike should still push 20mph easily so 20-25mins.

20 mins to ride 9 miles it took me,
But that was after building up to it, riding every day like 20 miles with 1 stop.

If you train hard enough you can easily do it in 20 mins

You can average that for how long?
Thats a 20 minute bang on 10 mile TT time. Are you an Olympian?

ok i did say on the flat how many tt courses are flat.

i'm no olympian but i have raced at international level before

I wasn't calling you a liar!
I was impressed, thats all.
Thats some going. I have only been on the road bike for about 8 months now, on a hilly 17.5mile commute, and my best times have been round 50 minutes with a strong trail wind
