Hi Steve, i'd say it was her fault, a qualified housewife should always go through pre-flight checks before loading the machine. Test her with another packet the next time and if she fail's find a new 1.

If anything blame the Govt. for allowing women to be taught in the same schools as men so they miss out on the important classes such as washing and cleaning.

it all depends on if you knew they were going to be washed. if you put it in the wash with the chewy in, its your fault. if she took it from the bedroom floor, where it belongs, its her fault as it didn't give you chance to even attempt to take it out
