i said six cos thats what i get through the week. however at weekends i always end up having 3-4 hours. it means im knackered though, so once every couple of weeks i'll have a 12 hour super snooze

Weekdays about 5

Weekends ermmm sometimes me and Colin don't get out of bed till 2 in the afternoon on a Sunday, so it can be about 13 hours

Usually in bed by 11pm, alarm goes off every day about 7am, but don't get out straight away.

So I guess that's 8 hours, but by the time I'm asleep etc, it's probably 7 hours or something.

I sometimes have more on a Friday -> Saturday, but usually the same, as we go to bed later.

Saturday -> Sunday I have less, because of going biking. Then I usually have a nap in the afternoon, but that's what Sundays are all about.

Come PVS or Trax, it's normally about 4 to 6 hours

Around 5-6. Usually make up for it at the weekend though
