Watches are designed to be worn on your left wrist anyway so you can adjust the time with your right hand.

no I've always found it easier and weighted better than wearing it on the outside of you wrist; always take it off for working on the computer though

depends what im doing - usually wear it faced inwards if i don't want to scratch the face of the watch (like driving where it bangs against the window if i have my hand up etc). Otherwise face outwards

Wear it on the right and right handed.. My grandad once asked why i was wearing it on the "wrong" hand years ago. So i asked why! he said, so you can change the time.. i mean WTF! take the fucking thing off and change it!
