Try to get hold of some vaseline gauze, cut a piece and put it on the graze under a dressing. Will draw out any contaminants and keep the area sterile as well as helping it heal quickly.

I had the flu. Tried Lemsip and it didnt work, so bought a bottle of whiskey and after drinking most of it feel much better.
