As reiterated by Steve and Superlite, the C20LET is out of the Cavy and Cally turbo. It's pretty much identical power to the Z20LET but it would be cheaper to pick one of them up. Chances are it's done more miles though so a rebuild would be recommended.

You're going to need a fairly big budget aswell.

February a turbo is going in mine. But its from the calibra car. It's also going to get rebuilt as they're fairly old engines, and very unreliable.

ah well u c my step dad buys and sells damaged cars and he comes cross loads of them that look like they have been hit by a missile but with good engines so i will have a cheap transplant engine so pirce is ok but i willthink about the engines though

Tbh I would just start out with an XE personally. A track car doesn't need ridiculous amounts of power, just needs to be well set up. Then if you felt it needed more, slap a LET in

i could do i supose but i really we are just amking a fun car spliting the price 50% 50% betweene me and my mate and at the end of the day we just mucking about so it dont really matter to us what goes in thus as long as it is a bit of a wolf in sheeps clothing on the roads

Any kit car isn't really going to be a wolf in sheeps clothing Why not do the tried and tested Corsa XE? Bog standard looking XE's shame quite a few cars

Nah mate. The XE is a 2.0 16v found in Cavalier GSi's and Mk2 Astra GSi's. Also known as the Redtop because of the plug cover. 150bhp and 150 ft/lb Torque isn't half bad for a couple of hundred quid

That's it There are a couple of extremely quick LET's on here. Particularly DAZ1985, Ben Ev and Muppetsport.
