With Hargreaves in a holding role, and Carrick in there it wouldnt be hard to defend against any wingers.

No, but Hargreaves will be a defensive role, so not hard for him to cover behind either Ronaldo or Giggs, backed up by Carrick...not Scholes as he cant tackle for shit.

People always go on about people playing 4-3-3 or 3-1-4-2 (or similar) and only needing proper wingers. But you just all shift over when attack is going along that way, and Hargreaves or Carrick practically become the 4th defender.

How about we implement the amount of immigrants that come into the UK? At least the footballers are high tax payers!

anichebe and cahill do! but still under the 3 limit with the others not!

i rekon if it was to be implimented you would be alowed 2 foreign 3 EU and the rest british in startin 11!

i also think they should introduce a system where they have to have atleast 1 palyer who has came through the clubs youth system in the team or atleast squad!

Yeah, wouldnt surprise me. He is a half decent player, but a little on the small side and dont think he'll ever make the grade at this level, maybe a lower Prem club though.

nah anichebe has been in englan since he was a baby but born in nigaria! and one of his parents are english!

cahill is australian! his dad is english mum is from samoa and he was born in australia theirfore they both qualify for multi nationality passports and where both eligable to play for england! before choosing their home nations!

obviously they dont england missed out on anichebe and as a youngster cahill played for samoa at under 14s then when he was 20 (playing for millwall) first represented australia!

Maybe? There's quite a few smallish players for us now though, mascherano, el zahhiiiiirr or woteva he's called etc.

Rafa won't give him a go on the bench even yet, heard he's getting a bit miffed which is good tbh but I reckon on loan to somewhere like shef utd or something for a year then probably get sold on.
