Best feature in ages, hamilton is confident and so he should be as mentioned that's the only way to win thing ffs.

I am pretty sure alot of people who mock the technology etc in formula one now will be feeling silly about saying your just a passenger in an f1 car these days

I loved clarksons banter with him also

Some of the comments in here are laughable. I thought he came accross very well, set a good time and Over-rated?! He came 2nd in his first season in F1, how old is he? Thats hardly over-rated.

TBH I didn't like his attitude before the programme, just from hearing him in interviews and stuff, he did seem a bit.........dunno, arrogant.

Watching him last night though really put him across much better, rather than having a mic stuck in his face by some random journo. Really liked him, and really pleased he did well - top lad

Banter was ace

lol the tow truck driver who brought me home last night was a complete racist!

he called hamilton a paki

and then later I was talking about boxing and said amir kahn fight this weekend will be good, and he said he wanted kahn to lose as he was a 'paki'...

Note, I had just got in the truck with this guy after he loaded the car on the back and within about 2 minutes he made the following joke.

"I had a mate the other day, phone a call center - paki answered... my mate said he was feeling all depressed and suicidle... The paki got all excited on the other end of the line... and then asked the suicidle man, are you any good at flying planes?"

I was like wtf?

Ok I'm like albino practically lol, white as white... but I could've been half cast, or it just made think, what if the guy he had picked up was black?

I'm not racist, and have loads of black mates, I just couldn't believe the stuff he was saying, like he was stuck in the 50's or something.

Off topic, but just reminded me.

This bloke was massive, big fat, old, with a beard, and weezing from the smoking he's done all his life... Infact he was smoking while driving and next to him on the window was a no smoking sign... I think he was drunk

He also claimed that he'd given a lift to Jeremy Clarkson about 10 years ago when he ran out of fuel and Les Dennis's name is 'michael heseltine'

Guy was a bit odd I just kept away from him and kept my mouth shut.
