completely pointless competition by getting votes this way which is effectively cheating.

if you want votes then ask people to listen to ALL of the bands and vote for the best.

so whats the point in competing? shouldnt the winners of a MUSIC COMPETITION be decided by their musid rather than by how many forums they can post up on?

its like a football match result being decided on by how many of each teams fans turn up rather than the number of goals scored.

if you don't want to vote or feel uncomfortable doing so, then that's fine dave.

i'm not here to ask for votes for any band other than my own, in much the same way as, your not here to promote anyone other than Vsport.

i wouldn't expect you to promote your competitors either.

i am quite happy for people to check out the other competitors (as i'm sure you are with Vsport) and make a decision based on that.
