no. you should "deciede" to declare it when you have had the modified part fitted

Make sure you declare mods before you fit them...not after also, you never know what could happen

TBH, admitting that on the internet is a major error, especially as your insurance company could just do a google search for P471 NMJ and they may well see this.

Good luck if you have an accident

And also not all insurance companies are the same, as I had a mate with a Mi16 engine in a 106 and alsorts of mods, like coilovers, big brakes, etc. He crashed insurance company came and said yes that's a 16v engine you can repair, but deano's company won't even insure him if he lowers its. Odd I do believe.

DJMartin your comment is one of the most stupid i've heard.
If everybody had enough money they'd buy better cars and be able to insure them.

If they can't tell I wouldn't declare it.

Well all my mods get declared next month at renewal time, plus they're Irish and only have there place in Dublin.

I would like them to have a place over here though!!!

Matt, ring them and ask how much it would be to declare it, it might only cost you a few quid more, and would you want to risk not getting your thousands of pounds if you crash?

Tit's are called chavs that have no insurance atall, so therefor are driving illegally and can not pay out if they crash into someone, and insurance isn't cheap as until my renewal comes next month i've payed £1100 for a 1.2 8v, and only 1 more month and I have 1 year no claims bonus.
