Three very nice cars, Clio and Fiesta in the perfect colours too. But Cooper S FTW.

i think those fiestas are pants, my mates vxr corsa absolutley demolished one the other week. add that to the fact they look poo.
the minis are however a lot harder to shake off, especially the supercharged toys. and look ace, the mini would be my choice.
as for the clio-one word-french

well woul ddo you expect... 150bhp 2.0 n/a vs 189bhp 1.6 turbocharged.
not hard to figure out
ford are known for producing under powered cars lately they don't look pants either... everyone seems to like mine anyway

not very quick though, me and my mate had a game after work off the lights in my zs and his fiesta st. he won obviously, but not by that much.
they are a nice refined car that looks well and goes alright, plenty power for normal people.

All good cars but the mini is the best all rounder. I had a John Cooper Works (210) for a while and it was ace!!!

i don't know what engines in the mini either but it has more power then the st if it keeps up with a vxr
the st as standard is underpowered but a few good mods can be done to improve it easily.

Seeing as the mini is the cooper S, its an exception -
Mini will be the best, its all about the supercharger whine!!!

the fiesta is an expensive shit-box
for a bit of a punt, have some fun with the clio.
choose the mini if you're buying on finance, holds it's money better than any poor mans ford or frenchy.

Decide what do you want from a car?
I've driven all three of the above and on a regular baisis too.
Imo Clio it may appear biased but its the best to drive. much more fun, decent spec as standard (xenons, half leather, climate, aut lights, leccy everything)
The Mini however is clearly the best built of the bunch and feels very solid and is also great to drive. Specs vary soo much due to tight people buying them and speccing them with the bare minimum in the quest to own a Mini. Also the old supercharged Chrysler Unit is dead un reliable so who ever said it would be the most reliable of the three can shut up Mini is a safe in investment however you will be buying an older car for the money and I dont think the Mini is great enough to warrant to extra premium. I did almost buy a mini till I drove one for a week and it was the smile per mile that sold me on the Clio! Also after browsing the Mini2 forum the problems people have with Cooper S's is pretty shocking and dealers are mega expensive to use.
Fiesta ST doesnt even get a look in Poorly built, no credentials and very laclustre. I'd buy a Focus ST170 for the same money and get more car for your ££££
