It uses a black tube type of thing to keep them on and you can change the size of them with wee plastic ball things, hard to explain but anyway i lost one of them when i was young and naive

Ive met charlotte church once at a book signing in cardiff once in time nightclub in swansea and once in cardiff uni

My dads mate/drinking buddy is paul thorborn who played for wales years ago. hes also mates with gaynor hopkins(aka bonnie tyler)
Danced with lena from infernal in time nightclub in swansea
And katherine jenkins was two years above me in skool. she was a right stuck up twat in skool

I met the Princess Royal at the Youth Sailing Nationals. Two members of each County were put forward to represent the team. We had a finger buffet and she told me that she'd flown over Derbyshire in a helicopter and seen the resevoirs
