Ours is on Friday...I'll be in London though.
Would rather a weekend in London with my school chums than the work do
And we've got a work xmas lunch next friday too, so I'll get to go to that anyway

Yes, had mine the last Friday in November iirc.
Was at a pub, Christmas dinner and drinks.
It was a laugh, better than I thought it would be.
I nearly cheated on the missus - I say nearly, was extreme flirtation and on the way round to the colleagues in question house.
I then had work at 7am, got up after about 5 hours sleep, and drove to work. I was undoubtedly under the limit.
But yeah, it was good

Having mine on Friday at the Holiday Inn! Paid £12.50 and we get a 3 course meal (Had a choice of 3 things) Bar open until 1 but I think the plan is to head in to town.

Got mine on Saturday at an Italian.
All paid for so should be okay but dont plan on going out with them afterwards as most of them aren't the most ideal people you'd want to be seen clubbing with.

Went to our client xmas party last thursday, was just clients (obviously) partners of the firm and managers, I only went for the free bar 
Got our main work one on the 21st.

Some bright spark decided ours would be best at a hotel in the middle of nowhere and the rooms are too expensive for any of us to stay in.

Im glad mine is on a Sunday, means i can go out Friday/Saturday and then get merry on Sunday too And not have to worry about uni since ill have broke up for Christmas
