Personal Health- how is that relevant and applicable to just this area of the forum? Shouldn't it be somewhere else if at all? Unless it's specifically regarding sports related health obv. Sorry not picking holes btw, just saying before anyone gets on their high gym horse

No need for sub categories, if theres sub catergories it'll take forever to navigate. Nothin wrong with having it as a sports day which includes all sports. 80% of it will be football no doubt with the odd sporting occasion that has its thread, so why bother making all these sub catergories.
Gym threads fit in with sport, not off day we dont need to complicate things
I'm off to go jump on my gym horse....

tbh their wasnt need for the name change, but the gym goers couldnt get their steriod pumped brains around the idea of just posting in Match Day so Ian had to point it out very clearly for them where the posts go.
I imagine trouble ahead when the newbies to this forum dont get the extremely high level of banter in here...still though, fresh meat
