I agree with you there.

I think one of the major problems is not people leaving then coming back for free healthcare as you put it, as an expat you'll have paid money towards it at some point. The thing that most people hate is the sheer number of people that worm their way in from another country and start the sponging process whilst giving nothing back.

This latest thing about not bothering to deport foreign nationals who commit crimes is shocking too IMO.
