i lost 5 stone in 2007.... had december 'off' and have put on atb least a stone

so 2008 - loose 3 stone

Put 2 stone of muscle back on as 14 stone just isnt heavy enough.

do more cardio as i mainly just do weights and put £50-£60 each week to save up for a new car
