It'll only let you download it if your browser downloads it like any other file. If your media player kicks in, or a download manager then it won't work.
Safari kept opening it in Quicktime and nothing worked, so I'm having to use Firefox to download it as it just downloads it.

I'm using plain old IE - still doesn't DL or try and open or anything
