I once tried it and had a bit of a wierdish dream, not a nightmare, it was a good dream but could be considered slightly wierd. After that I started doing it every night, I had some ace dreams for about 2 months

One that I recall, I walked out of my house and there was a few kids with a kite, but they couldn't get it to fly, so I tried, and it started lifting me up quite high Luckily there was a bit of string that come off the handle and one of the kid's mum's had hold of it so managed to pull me back down, when I was nearly down I made it look like I was grabbing out to get me back down on the floor, but I was actually covering up the fact that I was trying to grope said Mum

She's a right moose too
