Cut some pork into strips, chop some broad beans, peppers and basically any bits and pieces of veg you fancy. Add some herbs and spices to thepork then flash fry it in a wok to seal the flavour. Whilst doing this, boil some rice with a pinch of salt, then add the veg to the wok with a bit of water, lety it simmer dry, then mix with the rice and serve with a glass of Pinot Grigio.



As the Germans say... "Einfach".

aint keen on pinot grigio, or any dry white wine for that matter.

prefer this

3 parts Aftershock® (blue)
2 parts Martini extra dry
1 1/2 parts Mango juice
1/4 teaspoon Sour mix
wedge of Kiwi
wedge of Lime slice
Ice (shaved)
