Bedtime ranges from 5-7am. Wake up around 12-3am, depending if I have anything to do during the day.

Bed about midnight, 1am. Wake up again about 5 or 6am.
Depending what shift I am either straight out to work, or stay in bed for another few hours.
But I struggle to get more than 6 or 7 hours proper sleep most nights.

In my new job I usually stay out until about 4am or 5am and get up at about 11am But It's far from a technological job

bed sometime around 2-3am, up at 7 everyday for work..
i do occasionally fall asleep in odd locations though
