I was quite aware people with car OCD issues exist and judge how well aligned a screw is to another one

Do you not think it's all a little over the top?

yes, but i love it too

i get no enjoyment from 99% of concourse cars, other than saying "thats mint"

seeing a nova, taken to this stage is amazing

Keith Robinsons is amazing too, shell was acid dipped as well

he is the kind of person that his garage is spotless and has lines round every tool on the wall, cut outs in foam in the tool box and probably a very clean carpet on the floor.

Saying that i do kind of wish i was that was but i cant see that it would stay like that for long!

just built like that, and used as well would be the ultimate, IMO, just like danny allens mk1 golf

watching this on MIG, excellent build, nice attention to detail. I don't really see it as being too much, far from it, this should be the way builds should be done. Pretty rare on the nova scene, nice to see a change.

Almost 90 mins later, and after looking at the Mig thread - yes it is Declan Burke

Damn that is one hell of a build he's got going on - it's going to be amazing!

To be fair i'd rather use my cars and get more enjoyment out of them than trying to impress a bunch of old men who wear their trousers around there necks.

AK your an inspiration to us all, I loved the Pug 205 how it was built for one prupose. I always think mint cars are comprimised out on track cos your always worried of binning it.

I am all for mint cars but there is a line and at the end of the day I supose "what ever floats your boat" and all that malarky.

Lines the screws up so they all match but puts an old bolt in some where else!

Hope he's replacing it, or ruins the whole thing, if he is aiming for concourse!

That bolt is just to go through a temp block which sits on the axle stands to stop the axle stands touching the underside of the car - I'm 99.9% certain it'll be removed when the car comes off axle stands.

Re the comments about not using the car, I'm sure he will do. Concourse isn't about locking the thing away.
